  • Our rental weeks run from Friday, anytime after 4pm, thru the following Friday, at 10am.
  • Shorter stays MUST fall within the weekly timeframe.
  • Bookings require a 2-week advance reservation.

  • All homes are state inspected and licensed.
  • The Cottage Keeper is a licensed & insured brokerage.
